I am a Sydney property professional with about 25 years of experience across commercial property, fitout, leasing, workplace strategy, strategic growth and strata governance.
I think in systems. A lease, a fitout, a building technology plan and a sustainability target all affect each other, and the best decisions come from seeing them together. My writing gives owners, occupiers, developers and strata committees a clear view of the choices in front of them.
I write in plain language because good property decisions depend on everyone in the room understanding the options. Each article answers a question I hear often in Sydney and finishes with something you can act on.
